Kingsbarns Doocot is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky distilled, matured, and bottled at a family-run distillery on Scotland's East Coast. Made from locally sourced Fife-grown barley and pure aquifer water, it reflects traditional craftsmanship and regional heritage. The whisky is matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-STR Portuguese red wine casks, contributing to its balanced complexity and signature style.

This single malt offers a light, fruity, and floral profile. The nose reveals sweet brown sugar, banana cake batter, and tropical fruit notes. On the palate, expect pineapple syrup, summer berries, and rhubarb, leading to a finish characterised by kiwi fruit and citrus zest. It is non-chill filtered with natural colour, allowing the rich golden hue from its casks to show through.

Recognised with a prestigious gold award at the World Whisky Awards 2024, Kingsbarns Doocot is matured longer than the distillery's earlier releases to enhance complexity while maintaining balance.
